BOXHIIT - A favourite among clients! Incorporating high intensity cardio exercises and boxing techniques, BOXHIIT guarantees a serious workout while having some fun.
Circuit Training - Multiple stations with a wide range of exercises that will hit all the key muscle groups.
Con & Core - High intensity cardio class with a special focus on ab exercises.
METCON - High intensity class aimed at increasing your metabolic rate.
Super Strength - Strength based class aimed at increasing max strength.
TRAINER’S CHOICE - Russian Roulette! Which class will the trainer pick? Come and find out.
